Here at Kaleidoscope Imprints, our in-house decorating techniques are unparalleled. Our capabilities span screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, laser-etching, large format digital printing, and direct-to-garment digital printing.

Screen Printing

It’s the core of our business here at Kaleidoscope. It’s where we started, and with over 3 decades of experience, we’ve seen a lot of changes in our industry. We run a combination of manual and automatic presses, and our production shop floor is always humming. Whether it’s a simple one color design, or an intricate multi colored job, our high capacity machinery and expert screen printers will insure that we create nothing but high quality products.

Embroidery

Cape Cod Embroidery is now part of Kaleidoscope!

It’s business as usual in Harwich at the former Cape Cod Embroidery, 129 Queen Anne Road, Harwich MA. We now have increased capacity, with the same great service.

Kaleidoscope has in house capacity for high quality, high volume embroidery work. Our state of the art embroidery machines are great for large production runs. Our super vibrant thread comes in a wide variety of colors, helping us create some very impressive embroidered products. If you just need a few pieces, our single head machines serve well for small orders. Whether it’s hats, shirts, jackets, and more, Kaleidoscope is the only name you need to know in embroidery.

Sublimation

Are you looking to decorate SPF sun shirts, sports uniforms, or fishing shirts? We offer in-house sublimation – with no minimums. This technique is perfect for those one-of-a-kind gifts or promotions. We also print photos and logos on Christmas ornaments, tiles, koozies, phone cases, and hundreds of other items.

The process of sublimation uses heat and pressure. It takes a graphic image from transfer paper and fuses it into the fabric. The result is a very durable image that is able to withstand hundreds of washes without fading.

Laser Etching

How about laser-etched tumblers by Yeti or Polar Camel? Or bottles by Hydrapeak? Our state-of-the-art laser-etching equipment means we’re able to print logos on almost any surface – including wood, leather, and glass.

Kaleidoscope’s in house process transfers a custom design to a variety of hard surfaces. Laser engraving, or laser etching is a process that uses a laser to etch an image into the surface of an object. We can etch stainless steel tumblers, glasses or mugs, water bottles, wood, leather, metal, glass, and some types of plastic. It’s great for a variety of custom products.
