Screen Printing

It’s the core of our business here at Kaleidoscope. It’s where we started, and with over 3 decades of experience, we’ve seen a lot of changes in our industry. We run a combination of manual and automatic presses, and our production shop floor is always humming. Whether it’s a simple one color design, or an intricate multi colored job, our high capacity machinery and expert screen printers will insure that we create nothing but high quality products.

Embroidery

Kaleidoscope has in house capacity for high quality, high volume embroidery work. Our state of the art, six head embroidery machine is great for large production runs. Our super vibrant thread comes in a wide variety of colors, helping us create some very impressive embroidered products. If you just need a few pieces, our single head machine is serves well for small orders. Whether it’s hats, shirts, jackets, and more, Kaleidoscope is the only name you need to know in embroidery.

Sublimation

Kaleidoscope offers in house sublimation, or heat transfer. The process of sublimation uses heat and pressure. It takes a graphic image from transfer paper, and fuses it to the blank item. The result is a very durable image that is able to withstand hundreds (in some cases thousands) of washes without fading. There are many blank sublimation items available, including apparel, coffee mugs, and holiday ornaments.

Laser Etching

Kaleidoscope’s in house process transfers a custom design to a variety of hard surfaces. Generally, laser engraving, or laser etching is a process that uses a laser to etch an image into the surface of an object. We can etch into stainless steel or aluminum tumblers, glasses or mugs, water bottles, and many other surfaces. We can etch into wood, leather, metal, glass, some types of plastic, and more. It’s great for a variety of custom products. We offer name brand products like Yeti, Polar Camel, and others.

eCommerce Solutions

Kaleidoscope provides an online store platform that offers everything you need to sell products online. We will create a custom branded storefront to sell your products. We handle the supply chain, payment processing, order fulfillment, and customer service.

Ongoing stores – how they work

Kaleidoscope has everything you need to run an online store 24/7, year round. Bring us your designs, or we will work with you to create them. We’ll supply apparel and merchandise. Together we will create products that will sell!

Ongoing Store Pricing

Clients purchase the products from us in advance. We will store the product, manage the stock, pack and ship the product daily as the orders come in. This ensures your customers receive their goods in a timely manner. We respond to customer emails regarding products, shipments, and handle customer service related issues.

Fees and Payments:

We charge a total of 20% of the product price. 80% is remitted to the client.
That includes 5% for credit card processing, and 15% for product handling.
Shipping is paid by the customer.
An additional 5% is charged for products not produced by Kaleidoscope.
Sales reports and payments are sent monthly.

Periodic online stores – how they work

There’s no product purchased in advance. It’s best to run these stores for a period of 2 weeks. After the store closes, we produce and ship the products within 2 weeks. The minimum quantity for a production run is 36 pieces. Clients typically open these stores 2 – 4 times per year.

Great for sports teams, clubs, member based organizations, schools.
Items with personalization, since the products will be produced after they are ordered.
Events, road races, festivals.

Periodic store pricing and fees

We will provide a product cost for each item offered in your store. You determine the selling price. All profit (after costs) is paid to you after the products are shipped.

$100 store setup
Graphic design fees and screen charges vary by design
5% credit card processing fee, paid on the total amount processed
Shipping is paid by the online customer

Graphic Design Services

Kaleidoscope has a full service, highly experienced, in house graphic arts department. Our graphic artists will collaborate with you to create whatever artwork suits your needs. We can design a completely new company logo, or update, refresh, and energize your existing designs. Our design professionals know that our client’s artwork is the face of their business. We will design company images for your website, printed materials, clothing, and marketing merchandise. Do you have an idea, but nothing else?
